Cookies on belongio.co.uk
Last updated: 30 September 2026 · Version 1.1
Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. This page explains how we use them on belongio.co.uk.
What this means in practice
- We do not use Google Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and records no personal data: it counts page views and the page that sent you here, and nothing that identifies you.
- We show no adverts and use no advertising or re-targeting cookies.
- Apart from the Umami script, the site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, maps or embeds.
- Our sign-up form is handled by our hosting provider (Netlify) and our mailing-list provider (MailerLite) on our instructions. Submitting it does not set a cookie. What happens to the details you give us is in our Privacy Notice.
- When you email us, you do so through a normal email link; we don't set a cookie to do that.
Our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies only where they are essential to deliver the site securely and reliably (for example basic security or load balancing). These are not used to track you or for marketing.
Managing cookies
Because we don't use tracking cookies, there's nothing here you need to opt out of. Umami's counting is anonymous, so it does not need consent and there is no cookie to remove. If you'd like to, you can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the standard pages at aboutcookies.org explain how.
Changes to this page
If we ever add a feature that uses cookies (for example a video), we'll update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. Changed on 30 September 2026: added cookieless analytics and the sign-up form.
