Your information in Belongio
Last updated: 15 September 2026 · Version 1.0
Your school uses an app called Belongio to help you feel you belong at school and to support your attendance. This page explains, simply, what information is in it and who can see it.
What Belongio shows
Belongio shows things like your attendance and how things are going, and lets you do a check-in, which is usually a friendly chat with your form tutor, who fills it in with you.
Where the information comes from
It comes from your school's own systems, the same place your attendance is already recorded. Belongio doesn't ask you to type in personal information about yourself.
Who can see it
Only staff at your school who help and support you. Other students can't see your information. There is no messaging or chat between people in the app.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored securely in the UK. We never sell it, we never show adverts, and we never use it to train AI.
Your choices
You can ask your school what information they hold about you, and ask them to fix it if something is wrong.
Questions?
If you have any questions or worries about your information, talk to a teacher at your school you trust, for example your form tutor or Head of Year. You can also ask a trusted adult at home.
